The 5-star Suite Hotel project, which we started the turnkey construction with mobilization in the first months of 2009, is the first phase of the approximately 350,000 m2 South Ghiran project in the Sarraj area of Tripoli.

The construction consists of four blocks, two basement floors and a total of 12 floors, and has an area of approximately 50,000 m2. There are parking spaces for 260 vehicles on the two basement floors. The project includes 194 Standard type flats, 96 mini suite flats and 48 suite flats.
