The project we completed on behalf of Peker Group as a turnkey project is a business center consisting of 5 basement floors, 1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine floor and 22 office floors built on a 2400 m2 land. It has a total of 205-vehicle parking lot, both indoor and outdoor. The business center, which has a construction area of 50,000 m2, is 102 meters high.

The project, which started with excavation on 05.06.2011, was designed with environmentally friendly technologies and was implemented on 20.02.2014 with the latest technology in facade cladding, panel aluminum glass joinery facade, all of which were manufactured by us.

The project is a beamed floor and table formwork was used as the floor formwork system. PERI TRIO panel system was used in vertical elements. The building was built on a raft foundation and has a 3.00 m deep foundation.
