The 20-storey Apart Hotel and Congress Center Project, which was started in September 2003 right next to the Ankara Sheraton Hotel, was completed in June 2004. The total closed area of the construction was 35,000 m2 and 75,000 m2 of formwork, 25,000 m3 of concrete and 3750 tons of iron were used. The 0.00 level floor concrete is 1.30 m thick, 65 m long, 22 m wide and 8 m high. This section is a clear opening and was reinforced with 13,000 m2 of scaffolding provided by Peri and Doka Industrial formwork companies. Post-tension (post-tensioning) was used for the first time in the building sector in Türkiye in this building (ground floor and bed floors). This floor was used as a raft foundation and new columns were started on the middle axes and 10 more floors were increased.
