Inİstanbul Gala and Local projects are the first and second stages of the project implemented by Nef and İş GYO in Topkapı.

The first phase of the Inistanbul project, Gala, consists of 1140 residences in 4 blocks. It is built on a 25,564 m2 land area and each block consists of 3 basement floors and 18 normal floors.

The second phase of the Inistanbul project, Lokal, consists of 938 residences in 3 blocks. It is built on a 17,944 m2 land area and each block consists of 3 basement floors and 18 normal floors.

Gala and Local projects started in a short period of 2 months and were completed simultaneously. The project started on 01.10.215 and the reinforced concrete construction made by us was completed on 24.07.2016.

The project, which has a construction area of 550,000 m2, has risen simultaneously with all blocks. In order to complete the project quickly, manufacturing was carried out with a floor formwork stock of approximately 24,000 m2.

PERI PD8 formwork scaffolding was used for the floors and PERI Trio Curtain formwork panels were used for the curtains. The reinforced concrete production of the project was completed by our company in a very short time with a 24-hour shift plan.
