The Nef Ataköy 22 project, rising on an area of approximately 25 thousand square meters belonging to Peker Group on the most central land of Ataköy, has a total investment value of 420 million TL. The Nef Ataköy project, which includes 1269 independent units, also includes a hotel with 323 rooms. The reinforced concrete construction of the Mixed Project, consisting of 1037 residences in 6 blocks with 18 floors and a construction formwork area of 350,000 m2, was carried out by us.

The mixed project, in which the employer is Timur Real Estate, was started on 09.01.2015 and completed on 15.07.2016. Each block started with lean concrete and the reinforced concrete construction was completed in a short period of 7 months.

In order to complete the project in a short time, it was worked 24 hours a day in shifts. PERI Skydeck floor formwork system was used as the floor formwork system. With the Peri Skydeck System, one floor was poured in 4 days when seasonal conditions were suitable.
