Located on Cendere Street in Kağıthane, the Nef Kağıthane 03 project consists of 2 blocks, 335 residences, 143 offices and 12 stores. It has a land area of 6,910 m2 and a construction area of 76,000 m2.

Nef Kağıthane 03 project includes apartment types with gardens, balconies and terraces. ADDON, famous for its original concept designs, won the design competition attended by world-famous architecture offices and Nef Kağıthane 03 project was started on 09.02.2015 and its reinforced concrete structure was completed by our company on 09.12.2015.

After the shoring excavation, PERI Trio+ SB2 System Single-Sided Curtain formwork was used to use the entire land boundary. PERI Skydeck floor formwork was used for the slabs, and PERI Trio and Vario curtain column formwork systems were used for the curtains and columns.

The project includes asymmetrical console and elliptical floors of up to 3 meters in height within the floors, and the project was implemented with meticulous static calculations and design.
